How the model works

VMI + IMMEX in four steps

IMMEX is Mexico's program for temporary imports, which lets foreign companies operate in Mexico with tax advantages. Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) means the supplier's stock waits near your plant and only becomes yours when your line consumes it. Go Global brings both together with its own IMMEX for services, active since 2011, and its VAT & IEPS certification.

VMI + IMMEX model 1. Goods from a foreign supplier enter Mexico temporarily under Go Global's IMMEX. 2. They are stored on consignment in a Go Global warehouse near the plant. 3. The plant's pull signal triggers a virtual transfer and JIT delivery by Go Global's fleet. 4. Each month, invoicing and inventory are reconciled on actual consumption.
